1 General Introduction and Acceptance

c5bet operates an online casino and betting platform for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between c5bet ("Platform", "we") and the registered user ("you", "member").

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed immediately and the accumulated balance may be forfeited.

2.4 Account Security

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

c5bet currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank and Islami Bank).

3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 per method
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Your account must be fully verified (KYC) before you can request a withdrawal. c5bet may request proof of identity or address as part of the verification process. Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit, unless otherwise approved.

3.4 Third-Party Payments

Accepting deposits from or sending withdrawals to another person's account is strictly prohibited. If c5bet detects such a transaction, the relevant account will be suspended pending investigation.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• ৳32,000 deposit → ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳47,000

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement must be met before the bonus amount becomes withdrawable. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not including the deposit.

• Wagering requirement: 15x (on the bonus amount)
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = bonus winnings become withdrawable after ৳15,000 in bets

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is applicable once only and cannot be combined with other offers.
• c5bet reserves the right to decline or cancel any bonus at its discretion.
• If wagering is not completed within the designated period after receiving a bonus, the bonus will expire.
• If a withdrawal is attempted before fulfilling the bonus terms, the bonus portion may be deducted.
• If an attempt is made to earn a bonus through fraudulent activity, the account will be closed.

5 VIP Program

c5bet's VIP program has four tiers. Each tier provides weekly cashback benefits and additional privileges.

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on your activity on the platform. c5bet retains full discretion over the timing, amount, and method of cashback payments.

VIP benefits are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash unless specifically approved.

6 Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the following activities is strictly prohibited:

• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonuses or promotional offers
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Fraudulent activity against other members
• Using or distributing c5bet's intellectual property without permission
• Placing bets or managing accounts on behalf of unregistered third parties

If any of the above activities are detected, c5bet may immediately suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit the associated balance.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Validity of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If c5bet determines that a bet was recorded at an incorrect amount due to a technical error, it reserves the right to void that bet.

7.2 Determination of Results

The result of a game or event will be considered final as determined by c5bet's system. In the event of an error or dispute, c5bet's decision will be considered final, though an objection may be submitted through customer support.

7.3 Disconnection

If internet connectivity is lost during a gaming session, c5bet will generally attempt to complete the session automatically. However, c5bet is not liable for any loss resulting from a technical failure.

7.4 Sports Betting

For sports betting, the results of matches, leagues, or tournaments will be determined based on the official announcement of the relevant sporting body. c5bet reserves the right to close or limit the betting market for any event.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Member's Rights

You may request closure of your account at any time through the support team. All pending withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed.

8.2 c5bet's Rights

In the event of a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or fraud, c5bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice.

The Bengali version of these Terms takes precedence over any translation.
